3. National interest and public peace
- Members must support the unity, sovereignty, and dignity of India and refrain from any activity that harms the country’s image, reputation, public peace, or security.
- Any involvement in riots, public disorder, damage to public or private property, or activities that disturb communal harmony is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of membership.
4. Prohibited conduct (online and offline)
- Users must not engage in hate speech, threats, bullying, trolling, abusive language, circulation of fake news, or content inciting enmity between religions, castes, or communities on this Website or related social media.
- Users must not upload or share violent, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, inflammatory, or otherwise unlawful content, nor encourage others to do so.

- Promoters, core committee members, trustees, staff, senior management, chairman, advisors, or anyone connected with the Organization shall not be held liable for any wrongful, illegal, or violent act committed individually by a member/s or user/s.
7. No agency, no authority to act on behalf
- Membership or registration on hindusewa.org does not give any person the legal authority to represent the Organization, sign documents, collect funds, or issue public statements in its name without written authorization.
- Any unauthorized representation, fundraising, or use of the name “Hindu Sewa Dal / HinduSewa.org” or its logos for personal or political gain is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
8. Membership, fees, and no‑refund policy
- Membership, donation, and subscription fees (if any) are voluntary contributions to support community service and operational activities and do not create employment or partnership rights.
- If any member is removed, suspended, or debarred for violation of these Terms, indulging in violence, disturbing peace, engaging in fraud, or harming the reputation of the Organization, no refund of fees or donations shall be payable under any circumstances.
9. Content usage and intellectual property
