Membership of HinduSewa.org means joining a peaceful, disciplined Hindu sewa network under Siddh Dharmic Foundation Trust, focused on social service, temple support, and community welfare—not politics or hate.
Any Individual (in belief and practice), male or female, from anywhere in India or abroad, who believes in the concept of Sanatan and agrees with our mission of sewa, social harmony, and respect for all religions can apply for membership.
A Kshetriya Ikai is a local HinduSewa.org club in a specific area; members in that locality work together on sewa projects, events, and outreach under common rules and central guidance.
Membership may include Free Members, Executive Members, Senior Leadership Levels (like Secretary, President, Patron), Life/Patron Members, and Influencer Members who support outreach and awareness. All fees paid are for an annual term.
Members must follow the code of conduct, obey all laws, avoid political/communal conflicts, participate in peaceful social projects, pay their membership fees on time, and protect the reputation of HinduSewa.org.
Members are encouraged to support education for poor children, medical aid, gau sewa, temple support, environment drives, and disaster relief, as well as responsible spreading of dharmic values.
Yes. Members cannot use the organization for political campaigning, hate speech, riots, property damage, fake news, fraud, or any illegal activity; such misconduct leads to immediate termination.
Members may only use the name and logo in approved ways, such as official events or standard designs shared by the central team; personal, commercial, or political use is strictly prohibited.
Membership fees are fixed by the organization and are used only for sewa and organizational development, and are non‑refundable even if a member resigns, is suspended, or is removed.
Non‑payment after the grace period can lead to temporary suspension of rights and benefits, and repeated non‑payment may result in termination or downgrade of membership level.
Yes. Members can be warned, suspended, or permanently debarred for breaking rules, bringing bad name to the organization, misusing funds/name/logo, or engaging in illegal activities—without any refund.
No. Each member is personally responsible for their own actions; the Trust, promoters, chairman, core team, staff and volunteers are not liable for any misconduct or illegal act by individual members or groups.
Influencers and public figures may be invited or may apply; they must follow all rules, promote only approved campaigns, and clearly disclose their association when posting about HinduSewa.org.
A member can form an Ikai by bringing at least 5 committed members, registering the Ikai on the website, getting central approval, and then operating as per Ikai rules and reporting structure.
All disputes or legal issues related to membership, Ikais, or organizational policies are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi/New Delhi, as decided by the Trust.
You can donate specifically for education of poor children, medical aid for the needy, gau (cow) sewa, disaster relief, or choose "Wherever Most Needed" for general welfare projects like temple support and community sewa.
Yes, donations qualify for tax benefits under Sections 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act. You'll receive an official receipt with PAN details for claiming deductions.
You can donate via UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, cheques / DD or bank transfer through our official website’s donation page. Cash is also accepted, BUT only through authorized personnel against a receipt of the payment. You can opt for recurring monthly donations through supported payment modes on our website.
All donations use PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, etc.) with HTTPS encryption, UPI, cards, net banking, and no storage of full card details by us.
Donations accept INR, USD, and major international currencies via global gateways. NRIs and overseas Hindus can contribute easily from anywhere. Incase of any trouble, please feel free to contact us.
Yes, an instant digital receipt is sent by email. Official receipts for tax purposes are also provided.
We share transparent reports, photos, videos, and brief financial summaries of projects funded through donations. All such photos / videos will be posted regularly on our social media channels and website.
Yes, you can select a category or specific listed cause while donating. We will allocate funds accordingly.
Yes, you can dedicate donations for birthdays, anniversaries, or in memory of loved ones; mention it in the remarks field.
There is no spiritual minimum. Technically, the online gateway may have a small minimum (e.g., ₹101), but any amount is welcome.
Yes, in many cities. You can find a local ikai or write to us through the contact us form and a delegate person will be in touch with you.
Yes. We have structured CSR projects and can provide documentation, MoUs, and impact reports suitable for CSR compliance.

Yes, instant digital receipts are emailed post-transaction. Physical receipts mailed on request (INR 100 fee for international). Include PAN for tax claims.
