Rules for the Kshetriya Ikai

Guidelines for local HinduSewa.org units.

1. Alignment with HinduSewa.org constitution

Every Kshetriya Ikai must work strictly in alignment with the mission, vision, values, rules, and policies of HinduSewa.org and accept the central body as the final guiding authority for organizational matters.

No Ikai may frame any local rule, practice, or decision that contradicts the core principles, code of conduct, or reputation of HinduSewa.org.

2. Code of conduct and personal discipline

All Ikai office‑bearers and members must follow the officially prescribed Code of Conduct, including honesty, non‑violence, lawful behavior, and respectful language at all times, online and offline.

Any act of misbehavior, abuse, harassment, or indiscipline with members, the public, or other organizations will be treated as a serious violation and may invite disciplinary action, including removal from post or expulsion.

3. Non‑political and non‑communal functioning

Kshetriya Ikai activities must remain strictly non‑partisan; no Ikai shall officially support, campaign for, or promote any political party or candidate in the Organization’s name.

Religious pride and dharmic awareness must always be expressed in a peaceful, lawful manner without hate speech, communal provocation, or attacks against any other religion or community.

4. Prohibition of violence and hate speech

Ikai members are strictly prohibited from participating in riots, violence, property damage, unlawful assemblies, or any activity that disturbs public peace or harms the reputation of HinduSewa.org.

Hate speech, inflammatory social media posts, and circulation of fake news in the name of the Ikai or Organization are strictly forbidden and can lead to immediate disciplinary action.

5. Use of name, logo, and identity

The name “HinduSewa.org / Hindu Sewa Dal,” logo, flags, and symbols may only be used for approved activities and official communication of the Ikai; they must not be used for personal, political, or commercial gain.

Any printing of banners, visiting cards, IDs, or promotional material with the Organization’s identity must follow standard design and require prior approval from the central team, as may be prescribed.

6. Membership and conduct of office‑bearers

Ikai office‑bearers (President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.) must be members in good standing, with clean public image, no known record of anti‑social or criminal behavior, and willingness to work as true sewa‑oriented volunteers.

Office‑bearers must set an example in punctuality, transparency, respectful behavior, and adherence to the Organization’s values, and they shall be accountable for the conduct of activities under their Ikai.

7. Financial discipline and transparency

All collections, donations, and membership fees at the Ikai level must be recorded properly, with receipts wherever applicable, and used strictly for approved activities and projects in line with HinduSewa.org guidelines.

Ikai leaders must maintain basic accounts, share periodic reports with the central team when asked, and ensure no misuse, misappropriation, or personal use of Organization funds; any financial irregularity can lead to suspension or dissolution of the Ikai.

8. Activity planning and reporting

Every Kshetriya Ikai should plan regular activities such as sewa projects, temple support, education support, environment drives, and social awareness events, always keeping them peaceful, lawful, and people‑friendly.

Ikai must document major activities with brief reports, photos, and basic details and submit them to the central team or upload them as per the process defined by HinduSewa.org, so that impact tracking and recognition are possible.

9. Coordination with central body

Ikai leaders should stay in regular communication with the central coordinators, attend online or offline meetings, and implement organizational campaigns and instructions in their region sincerely.

In case of confusion, dispute, or sensitive matter, the Ikai must seek guidance from the central body before acting, especially on public statements, media interactions, and collaborations with external organizations.

10. Handling disputes and grievances

Internal disputes within an Ikai must be handled calmly and respectfully, using dialogue, mediation, and, if needed, escalation to the central grievance / discipline committee, rather than social media fights or public mud‑slinging.

Members must avoid personal attacks, groupism, or factionalism; any serious or repeated misconduct can lead to warning, suspension, or removal as per the Organization’s disciplinary process.

11. Restrictions on unauthorized representation

No Ikai or member may sign MOUs, collect large donations, or issue press statements on behalf of HinduSewa.org or Siddh Dharmic Sewa Foundation without written permission or authorization from the central leadership.

Ikai may collaborate with local groups for sewa and welfare activities, but must ensure such collaborations do not conflict with the Organization’s values, legal compliance, or public reputation.

12. Right to suspend or dissolve Ikai

The core committee / trustees / authorized central authority of HinduSewa.org reserves the right to suspend, restructure, or dissolve any Kshetriya Ikai if found violating rules, engaging in fraud, promoting political / communal conflict, or damaging the Organization’s reputation.

In such cases, there will be no claim for compensation or refund of any fees or contributions; members from that Ikai may be allowed to continue individually at the discretion of the central body, subject to clean conduct.
